Setting up the integration
You can begin setting up the Google Play integration from your integrations page:

- From the top of the Main menu, click Workspace menu > Settings > Integrations.
- Find and click Google Play.
- Click Add integration.
- In the App ID field, enter the URL for the page you want to pull reviews from. It should be formatted something like this: "https://apps.apple.com/app/id-123456789".
- Click Save integration.
- (Optional) Repeat steps 3-5 for each additional product you want gather reviews for.
Tip: You can add an integration for any product on Google Play, even if they aren't yours. Add the products of your competitors to run competitive analyses within Productboard.
Reviewing notes from Google Play
On any insights board, click Filtered by > Source > Google Play to filter notes with reviews from Google Play.
Star ratings
Reviews for apps in Google Play have a Star rating. In Productboard, you can use it for filtering. Each Note representing an app review has a star rating tag, which you can use. For example, you want to see only Google Play reviews with a star rating of 4.5 or 5.

When are reviews pulled into Productboard?
Reviews are pulled once a day. Please be patient after you set up integration—it can take up to 24 hours for notes to appear.
