Find out who has visited a board

V12 4:24 Start+.svg

Most boards in your workspace come equipped with a button that allows you to see which coworkers have accessed that board. This is useful for making sure that the people who need to see a roadmap are actually seeing it, and can help you decide whether a board has been shared properly or not.

Checking the view history of your board

Relevant to Legacy boards only

To check who has visited your board, follow these steps:

  • Click on the avatars in the top right corner.

A window will open and list every member who's looked at the board within the last 30 days. More recent viewers are closer to the top, and people who are actively looking at this page will be marked with a dot.

Note: All members of your workspace, regardless of their role, can access the view history described here.
