Resolving issues using Productboard on Firefox browser

If you are experiencing issues using Productboard or contacting our support team on chat while using Firefox, this article will help resolve this. 

The likely reason this is happening is that you have got Tracking Protection turned on in your browser settings. A good way to tell if that's happening is to see if a shield icon appears in your address bar.

To turn this off only for Productboard:

  1. Click the shield icon to bring up the Control Center.
  2. In the Control Center, click Disable Protection for this site.
  3. That's it! You'll now see our chat icon on the bottom right of every screen.
