Resolving issues using Productboard on Firefox browser

Have you ever noticed a shield icon in your Firefox address bar while trying to access Productboard or contacting our support team via chat? If so, you've stumbled upon the reason behind the issue – Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. It's like a guardian trying to shield you, but sometimes, it can be too protective!

Turning off Tracking Protection for Productboard only

Relevant to both new and legacy boards

  1. Click the shield icon to bring up the Control Center.

  2. In the Control Center, click Disable Protection for this site.

  3. That's it! You'll now see our chat icon on the bottom right of every screen.
