Productboard Pulse can be purchased as a standalone tool or as an add-on to a full Productboard workspace.
As a standalone tool
For product execs and PMs, research teams, and customer experience (CX) teams who care most about customer insights, Productboard Pulse is available as a standalone offering.
In addition to its unique capabilities (summarized below), Productboard Pulse's standalone offering includes the most collaborative and customer-centric features from the core Productboard platform. Use the following links to familiarize yourself with these in-common capabilities:

Themes are user-defined categories that group feedback notes together based on filters and field values.
Productboard Pulse upgrades the theme creation experience with a description field that allows themes to identify related notes based on natural-language interpretation. Productboard Pulse can also suggest descriptions and filters to make creating themes even easier.
Topics are automatically-generated themes which help you discover feedback patterns that you might not have been looking for.
Together, themes and topics make feedback categorization and analysis at scale much easier.
Conversational AI for feedback analysis
Prompt Productboard using natural language to help you discover trends and make connections. Ask follow-up questions to dig even deeper.
Generate and collaborate on insight reports
Save the conversations you have with the AI as documents that can be shared across your workspace. Use them to collaborate on strategic decisions.
How Productboard Pulse uses your data
Your data won’t be used to train the AI models for the purpose of other Productboard Customers. We do not permit our third-party subprocessors of Productboard Pulse to use your data to train their Al models.

Productboard Pulse is powered by OpenAI’s solutions. If you choose to use Productboard Pulse, you agree to OpenAI being a subprocessor of your data. OpenAI is located in the United States. What data in Productboard is shared with OpenAI?
Productboard only sends the data necessary for the AI functionality to work on a per-feature basis. For example, to generate AI summaries of trending topics, we share the contents of notes assigned to detected topics. To automatically draft feature specs using AI, we share the contents of the insights that are already linked to the specific feature. As we add more capabilities to Productboard Pulse, the specific data fields shared will also evolve.
