What is Productboard AI?
Today, it’s harder than ever to stay on top of evolving customer needs and market dynamics. The volume of requests and feedback can be near impossible for product teams to digest at scale. It’s also easy to get bogged down in manual work, and hard to focus on what matters: defining the right strategy, collaborating with partners, and engaging customers.
We envision a future where every product team is equipped with AI that helps them find the signal in the noise, work smarter, and build extraordinary products that exceed customer expectations.
Productboard AI is our solution to help you make the right product decisions and accomplish more than ever. The Productboard AI suite includes several capabilities — powered by OpenAI — that are integrated seamlessly into your day-to-day work and customized for the product manager’s job.
Productboard AI Features
AI-generated feature specs
Write feature specs at lightning speed
Jumpstart your feature specs using AI that draws upon customer feedback linked to your feature ideas. Productboard AI helps you draft and refine common elements such as problem statements, or summarize pain points and identify common themes from user insights – giving you more time back to focus on high-value work.
For more information, see Write feature specs at lightning speed with Productboard AI.
AI summaries of feedback notes
Uncover key feedback within long conversations
Productboard AI extracts the most important insights from deep within support conversations, emails, and messaging threads. Make better-informed decisions without having to sift through long, back-and-forth conversations. Easily link AI summaries to your feature ideas.
Note: AI-generated summaries are applied to all new notes except those from the Salesforce integration and very short notes. For notes created manually, the summary is generated 3-6 hours after the note is created to give you enough time to finish the content.
For more information, see Link user feedback to related feature ideas using insights
AI search for related insights
Turbocharge discovery by finding insights related to any feature or idea
Whether you have a new or an existing feature idea, Productboard AI can help you identify related customer feedback and validate opportunities more effectively. Simply describe your feature, and Productboard AI will search for relevant insights across all your notes.
For more information, see Support your feature ideas with customer insights
AI summaries of trending topics
Productboard AI will generate intelligent summaries of every major topic detected across all your user feedback.
You can access these summaries by selecting a topic listed on a given note, or from the trending topics module on the insights trends dashboard.
Insights auto-linking
Productboard AI can automatically link feedback from your insights board to feature ideas in your product hierarchy, saving you time you’d otherwise spend manually processing feedback and ensuring every piece of feedback you collect is more easily taken into account for prioritization.
For more information, see Link insights automatically with Productboard AI.
