Accessing Productboard’s Security Reports and Certifications

Productboard’s security documents and answers to frequently asked security questions are available in Productboard’s Conveyor Room. If you want access to the latest SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate, Application or Network penetration test, and additional documents for Productboard’s various product lines can request it by following the steps below.

Accessing security documentation

1. Navigate to Productboard’s Trust Portal and click on request access, then enter your work email address.
   

2. Include a brief message with any context related to the request for document access.
   

3. Typically, requests are approved within a few business hours.
   

4. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from support@conveyor.com with a link to log in.
   

5. Your identity and email will be validated via a one-time code
   

6. You will be prompted to sign an NDA to gain access to Productboard’s protected documents.
   

7. After clicking Confirm and Sign, you can access the security documents and Productboard’s security knowledge base. SOC and ISO reports can be found by clicking Documents towards the bottom of the page.
