How can I create a new Portal?
If you have an Enterprise plan and a Maker admin of your workspace, you can create a new Portal by clicking on the Portal name in the top left; from the drop-down, click Add a new Portal.

How can I update the portal logo?
If you are a maker admin of your workspace, you can update the portal logo by clicking on the logo, clicking the , and selecting Upload new from the drop-down menu.

Is it possible to add customers who provided insights into features from a different source to the portal notifications?
On all paid Productboard plans, yes! When composing the update, you can notify customers who have provided feedback from other sources by clicking the icon and selecting Notify users who have voted for or have insights linked to this feature.

Can customers see all the feedback submitted on a portal card?
No, customers will only see the number of people who voted on a card but not the feedback others provided.

Are portals searchable by customers?
Yes, when your customers view your portal, they can search for features and provide direct feedback on that portal card.

Can the Portal support multiple languages?
