When processing the feedback on the Insights board, from time to time you may want to archive feedback. Archiving feedback is useful when processing feedback that you may want to revisit at a later stage.

How to archive feedback
When processing feedback, you can archive individual or multiple feedback at once.
To archive feedback:
- Press A on your keyboard, or click the context menu (
) in the top right of the feedback and click
Archive.
- To bulk archive feedback, select a range of feedback by holding shift, or select the checkboxes beside their name. Then click the context menu (
) in the top right of the feedback and select
Archive.
How to unarchive feedback
Similar to archiving feedback, you can unarchive individual or multiple feedback at once.
To unarchive feedback:
- On the Insights board, filter the board by Status and select Archived.
- Click the context menu (
) in the top right of the feedback and select
Unarchive from the menu.
- To bulk unarchive feedback, select a range of feedback by holding shift, or select the checkboxes beside their name. Then click the context menu (
) in the top right of the feedback and select
Unarchive.
