When processing the notes on the Insights board, from time to time you may want to archive a note. Archiving notes is useful when processing notes that you may want to revisit at a later stage.

How to archive notes
When processing notes you can archive individual or multiple notes at once.
To archive a note:
- When processing a note you can archive it with the shortcut by pressing A on your Keyboard or by clicking the context menu (
) in the top right of the note and clicking
Archive.
- To bulk archive notes, select a range of notes by holding shift or selecting the checkboxes beside their name, clicking the context menu (
) in the top right of the note, and selecting
Archive.
How to unarchive notes
Similar to archiving notes you can unarchive individual or multiple notes at once.
To unarchive notes:
- On the Insights board, filter the board by Status and select Archived.
- Click the context menu (
) in the top right of the note and select
Unarchive from the menu.
- To bulk unarchive notes, select a range of notes by holding shift or selecting the checkboxes beside their name, clicking the context menu (
) in the top right of the note, and selecting
Unarchive.
