To our valued customers: We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our Master Subscription Agreement. We make periodic updates as our services evolve, and to address new laws and regulations.
Below are some key highlights:
- Included definitions of Productboard AI and AI Content in the MSA, applicable to customer's using Productboard.
- Included a license grant to Productboard for use of AI Content to improve Productboard's products. Customers can opt out of this via Settings in the Subscription Services.
- Included a license grant to Productboard for Usage Information (as defined in the MSA) in an aggregated and anonymized manner.
