Meet the team
Productboard Support Advisors are experts in all areas of the product, understanding the ins and outs of the core functionality as well as how customers can leverage our integrations to best achieve their goals. Our team has a combined 50 years of experience in technical support, 16 years of that directly supporting our Productboard customers. They are technical experts who are able to investigate and troubleshoot across all areas of the product.
How can I contact them?
Support Advisors are available to answer your questions via email and chat Monday to Friday from 9am-2am CET | 12am-5pm PST and can answer questions big and small to help you get the most out of your Productboard workspace.

If you have a Scale or Enterprise contract, you may also have access to a dedicated Premium Support Advisor. This team provides priority assistance and advanced technical troubleshooting.
Our Premium Support experience involves white glove, tailored support which leverages in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise. This is available to all qualifying workspace members via email, chat, or video call.
