How are Trends calculated?

ent (1).svg

Trends calculate the percentage change, which quantifies the change from one timeframe to another and expresses the change as an increase or decrease, i.e.Β (𝑉2βˆ’π‘‰1)/|𝑉1|Γ—100.

For example, if I had 25 notes created Aug 1-Aug 31, these would be compared to 43 notes created Jul 1-Jul 31, resulting in decreasing Trend of -42%.

If there are no Notes created in the previous timeframe or if you haveΒ Any timeΒ selected in the date created filter you will see the labelΒ NEW.svg.
