We've seen some hilariously awesome social shares over the years, and our whole team gets a huge kick out of them. (Yes, they all get shared to a company-wide Slack channel.) There's nothing like the feeling you get when you feel your work is making a difference in someone else's work/life. This is what keeps us going.

Finally, your product feedback and ongoing input means the world to us, and since it's all logged in our team's Productboard, it directly impacts the direction of the solution. Please continue sending us your ideas & requests but also include the why behind your request so we can really get to the bottom of your underlying need.
As for channels, Zendesk chat works great! So does emailing support@productboard.com. We also have a private Slack group for our customers (productleaders) where you can make friends, pick up best practices, and find out who needs the same things you do. Don't have an invite yet?
