If you're having trouble finding a way to chat with us, we're here!

It's likely that you've got Tracking Protection turned on in your browser settings. A good way to tell if that's happening is to see if a shield icon appears in your address bar.

To turn this off only for Productboard:

  1. Click the shield icon to bring up the Control Center.
  2. In the Control Center, click Disable protection for this site.
  3. That's it! You'll now see our chat icon on the bottom right of every screen.
